How is it done ?
In this 4 week programme we will work on getting YOU back on track in a healthy, holistic way.
Firstly we will look at you as a whole and how your lifestyle and food choices are impacting your health.
We will then put a plan into action that incorporates good wholesome food with weekly coaching.
FUN and motivational weekly 1 to 1 coaching sessions, 1 x 60 mins (skype or in person), 3 x 30 mins (skype)
(This will help you to stay on track and give you that extra support needed to reach your goals)
DELICIOUS easy to prepare recipes that give you the right nutrients, that help nourish your body and mind.
HEALTH topics in a weekly email series that aid you in your recovery to better health.
